The industry leader leads a trend with its advanced anti-counterfeiting printing technology.China Printis the largest exhibition in Asian printing industry. The exhibition focuses on theme of "green, efficient, digital and intelligent". It shares the latest technology and the ideas of global printing with more than 1,300 exhibitors from 28 countries.

New products

LENS

LENS firm is a kind of special material with micro pressure lines. HG Image graspes the printing skills to transfer LENS to various materials such as PET, OPP or PP to make LENS firm stick to paper, plastic, and other materials with different thickness. This technology can be widely used in printing, packaging, gifts, stationery, construction materials and other fields.

PRI

PRI is a kind of intuitive anti-fake technology, which uses UV embossing with “Platinum Relief Image” plate making process to give the label high precision and gold or silver relief effect.

High-end holographic PLUS technique

Every sticker has a unique serial number which makes each sticker irreplaceable like a man's fingerprints. This product uses the encryption technology from TESA SCRIBOS which has obtained patent protection. With self-developed equipments, we greatly improve the security performance.

With HDI technology, we print security code to every anti-counterfeiting label that has 4 levels safety information, and the security code for different label is unique andvariable.

Double color change security technology

We use high precision grating structure imaging technique to generate special double color change effect. Lord design LOGO is red and the background is green, but if you spin the patch for 90 degrees, the lord design LOGO turns green and the background turns red, and that is called “double color change”.

Hologram color QR code 

HG Image adopts holographic technology combining QR code makes each label has its own uniqueness and fake-preventing function. Thanks to different ways of combinations, it not only attracts eyeballs, but also has the function of anti-counterfeiting, marketing, publicity and traceability. This technology is widely used in tobacco, alcohol, medicine, food, etc.
